MODICON AS-B875-101 Analog Input Module

MODICON AS-B875-101 is a high-performance input module for Modicon 800 / 984 series PLC automation systems. This input module is an 8-channel analog input card supporting 4-20mA, 0-10V, 1-5V signal ranges via DIP switch setting. The input module adopts 12-bit A/D conversion and anti-noise PCB layout. This input module supports stable continuous operation in chemical, power, water treatment and process manufacturing production lines.

It serves as a core signal collector to convert analog signals from pressure, flow, liquid level transmitters into digital data for the PLC backplane. The signal collector supports configurable signal filtering and over-range fault detection. This signal collector provides LED status indicators for out-of-range and active channel diagnosis. The signal collector is fully compatible with Modicon 984 rack-based PLC systems.
