EATON BUSSMANN 170M6689 is a heavy-duty Semitron high-speed square body semiconductor fuse of Eaton Bussmann 170M series. The semiconductor fuse adopts sand-filled ceramic body and ultra-fast aR breaking characteristic, designed specially for short-circuit protection of thyristor, diode and IGBT power semiconductor devices. This semiconductor fuse is rated 690V AC, with high interrupting capacity up to 200kA, fitted with built-in fuse failure striker indicator for fault status feedback.
