Lilaas LF12501

Description

Lilaas LF12501

Lilaas LF12501 is a rugged marine propulsion control lever assembly manufactured by Lilaas Norway, widely used for vessel main engine, thruster and azimuth propulsion command systems. The marine propulsion control lever assembly adopts non-contact potentiometer sensing to convert handle deflection angle into proportional analog process signals. This marine propulsion control lever assembly has 24VDC supply, built-in position indicator lamps and heavy-duty metal housing for wheelhouse console mounting. The marine propulsion control lever assembly meets IP66 protection grade and DNV marine onboard certification, resisting salt mist, vibration and electromagnetic interference.

This lever delivers proportional throttle & direction command control for marine propulsion equipment. The proportional throttle & direction command control outputs proportional analog signals to governor or automation rack for speed regulation. The proportional throttle & direction command control supports spring return to neutral position and optional detent positions. The proportional throttle & direction command control feeds back handle position signals to vessel monitoring & alarm system. The proportional throttle & direction command control accepts local manual operation and interlock permission signals before enabling propulsion command.

This Lilaas spare is an essential marine propulsion human-machine control spare for wheelhouse console overhaul. The marine propulsion human-machine control spare can replace faulty LF12501 lever assemblies directly. The marine propulsion human-machine control spare complies with marine classification society safety specifications. The marine propulsion human-machine control spare is widely fitted on cargo ships, tankers, offshore supply vessels and offshore rig thruster control panels.

Lilaas LF12501 propulsion control lever is dedicated wheelhouse operating unit for marine main engine and thruster. It generates proportional analog command signals according to handle movement, feeds back lever position status to main automation rack, performing reliably under humid, heat and heavy vibration marine wheelhouse environments.
