Description
UZUSHIO ELECTRIC UMP01
UZUSHIO ELECTRIC UMP01 is a rugged main CPU pcb card developed for classic Uzushio marine machinery monitoring and alarm systems. The main CPU pcb card acts as the central processing unit of the whole rack, responsible for running system logic and data calculation. This main CPU pcb card communicates with field acquisition boards such as UTV01 temperature input board, collects all engine room sensor and dry contact signals. The main CPU pcb card adopts heavy-duty plug-in rack PCB with conformal coating to resist heat, vibration and electromagnetic interference in marine machinery spaces.
This board delivers marine alarm & monitoring central logic control to process all acquired field data continuously. The marine alarm & monitoring central logic control judges over-temperature, over-pressure and equipment fault signals. The marine alarm & monitoring central logic control triggers audible and visual alarm outputs once process parameters exceed safety thresholds. The marine alarm & monitoring central logic control exchanges alarm data with bridge operator panel and supports built-in system self-diagnosis function. The marine alarm & monitoring central logic control stores system configuration and fault history records for maintenance inspection.
This UZUSHIO spare is an essential marine automation main control spare for Uzushio monitoring cabinet overhaul. The marine automation main control spare can replace faulty original UMP01 CPU boards directly. The marine automation main control spare meets marine classification society onboard electrical specifications. The marine automation main control spare is widely fitted on cargo ships, tankers and offshore vessels with Uzushio engine room alarm monitoring system.
UZUSHIO ELECTRIC UMP01 CPU PCB is the core main processor board for Uzushio marine alarm monitoring platform. It receives digital data from UTV01 and other I/O boards, executes alarm logic judgment and system communication, monitors all auxiliary machinery conditions in engine room, performing stable operation under high humidity and salt mist marine environments.
