Kongsberg NA1007.1

Description

Kongsberg NA1007.1

Kongsberg NA1007.1 is a rugged analog input module for KONGSBERG K-Chief marine machinery monitoring and alarm system. The analog input module receives 4-20mA analog signals from pressure, temperature and level transmitters onboard vessels. This analog input module converts analog measurement values into digital data and transmits to the main rack controller. The analog input module adopts plug-in rack structure and conformal coating to resist salt mist, vibration and electromagnetic interference in marine environments.

This module performs marine analog signal acquisition to continuously collect rotating machinery and auxiliary equipment measurement data. The marine analog signal acquisition verifies signal quality and detects wire break faults automatically. The marine analog signal acquisition triggers engine room alarms when measured parameters exceed predefined limits. The marine analog signal acquisition supports real-time data uploading to DCS and bridge monitoring consoles.

This Kongsberg spare is an essential marine monitoring spare for K-Chief automation cabinet maintenance. The marine monitoring spare can replace faulty NA1007 series analog input modules directly. The marine monitoring spare meets DNV marine classification society certification standards. The marine monitoring spare is widely installed on cargo ships, tankers and offshore DP support vessels.

Kongsberg NA1007.1 analog input module belongs to K-Chief marine automation rack. It reads 4~20mA process signals from engine room transmitters, converts analog values into digital data for system alarm and logic judgment, and runs steadily under high humidity and salt mist in marine machinery spaces.
