UZUSHIO ELECTRIC UTV01

UZUSHIO ELECTRIC UTV01 is a rugged thermocouple input pcb card developed for UZUSHIO classic marine machinery monitoring and alarm systems. The thermocouple input pcb card collects temperature signals from K-type thermocouple sensors for engine room equipment temperature supervision. This thermocouple input pcb card converts raw thermocouple field signals into digital data and communicates with UME01 CPU main controller. The thermocouple input pcb card adopts reinforced circuit layout to resist engine room vibration and electromagnetic interference.

This board executes temperature signal conditioning to capture real-time thermal measurement of marine auxiliary machinery. The temperature signal conditioning compensates cold junction temperature to guarantee high precision reading results. The temperature signal conditioning filters electrical noise interference from harsh marine engine room environments. The temperature signal conditioning triggers alarm outputs when measured temperature exceeds preset safety limits.
