ARISTON SURVEYOR SYSTEMS TDU REV.2 TANK PRESSURE MONITORING DISPLAY UNIT

ARISTON SURVEYOR SYSTEMS TDU REV.2 is a marine tank pressure and level monitoring display unit for Ariston Surveyor vessel tank gauging systems. This display unit receives analog measurement signals from tank pressure transmitters and level sensors, visualises real-time tank pressure, liquid height and calculated volume data on the front LCD screen. The marine tank monitoring platform relies on this unit to supervise ballast tanks, fuel oil, lube oil and fresh water tanks, and trigger visual/audible alarms once pressure or liquid level exceeds preset high/low limits. The TDU REV.2 is built with marine qualified hardware to resist salt moisture, vibration and temperature fluctuation on merchant ships and offshore unit control room environments. This spare display unit is widely used for marine tank gauge console maintenance and direct replacement.

The display unit communicates with matched I/O and processor modules via serial bus to exchange continuous tank measurement and fault status data. The marine tank monitoring platform enables crew to check tank stability parameters, trim and draft readings locally through front membrane keys and LCD interface of the TDU REV.2. This display unit supports on-site threshold configuration, sensor calibration and built-in hardware self-diagnosis for channel fault detection.
