MITSUBISHI E1071 panel mounted marine rugged 6.5-inch HMI touch screen for vessel machinery automation human machine interface control system

Description

MITSUBISHI E1071 TOUCH SCREEN HMI
MITSUBISHI E1071 is panel mounted marine 6.5-inch rugged HMI touch screen, designed for marine engine and propulsion automation human machine interface system, widely fitted onboard cargo vessels, offshore DP vessels and heavy-lift ships for operator touch command input and real-time machinery parameter visualization. This marine HMI operates from 24VDC, 0.9A power supply, receives touch and function key operations, displaying engine, hydraulic, vibration and alarm data, presents graphical status and alarm notifications for wheelhouse and engine room supervision.

The marine E1071 HMI integrates resistive touch panel, colour TFT LCD with CCFL backlight, multi communication interfaces including RS485, RS232 and Ethernet, supports recipe storage, event alarm logging and parameter configuration for marine machinery safety supervision. Its HMI touch interface & hardware diagnostics function continuously monitors 24V DC power supply, communication wiring and backlight integrity, detects touch panel damage, backlight burnout and communication dropout, transmits HMI fault alerts and vessel machinery operating status to vessel AMS alarm console. The HMI touch interface & hardware diagnostics ensures reliable operator interaction and parameter display for marine vessel automation control system. It enables reliable marine E1071 touch screen operation under heavy vessel vibration and salt mist marine environments.

This Mitsubishi E1071 touchscreen delivers stable marine HMI performance installed inside vessel engine room or propulsion control console. The HMI touch interface & hardware diagnostics adopts marine-grade sealed flame retardant front panel with EMC shielding against electromagnetic interference and mechanical shock. Marine automation technicians rely on marine E1071 touch screen operation to test touch input, adjust screen brightness and verify communication link during routine maintenance. It adopts standard panel flush mounting design for straightforward spare replacement and minimal marine automation system downtime. Internal circuit boards use conformal coating to protect electronic components against salt mist, condensation and temperature fluctuation. It works cooperatively with main automation controller, field sensors and ship integrated alarm monitoring system. It is widely used as HMI spare hardware for Mitsubishi marine vessel machinery automation control system maintenance and retrofit projects.
