Description

TERASAKI TEMBREAK XS400NS CIRCUIT BREAKER
TERASAKI TEMBREAK XS400NS is panel mounted marine 3-pole moulded case circuit breaker, designed for Terasaki low voltage marine power distribution system, widely fitted onboard cargo vessels, tankers and offshore platforms for overload and short-circuit protection of main power feeders and heavy load circuits. This marine moulded case circuit breaker is certified by major marine classification societies, automatically disconnects faulty circuits to safeguard vessel low voltage power distribution network against damage caused by overcurrent and short-circuit incidents. The marine circuit breaker integrates thermal-magnetic trip unit, arc quenching chamber, mechanical trip indicator and optional auxiliary / alarm contact terminals, supporting local manual operation, fault log storage and remote trip signal output for marine power system supervision. Its power circuit protection & hardware diagnostics function continuously monitors phase current and internal contact state, detects contact welding, abnormal temperature rise and mechanical failure, transmits circuit breaker fault alerts and operating status to vessel AMS alarm console. The power circuit protection & hardware diagnostics ensures reliable fault isolation and circuit protection for marine vessel low voltage power distribution system. It enables reliable marine XS400NS circuit breaker operation under heavy vessel vibration and salt mist marine environments.

This Terasaki TEMBREAK XS400NS circuit breaker delivers stable marine moulded case circuit breaker performance installed inside vessel main switchboard cabinet. The power circuit protection & hardware diagnostics adopts marine-grade flame retardant insulated housing with EMC shielding against electromagnetic interference and mechanical shock. Marine electrical technicians rely on marine XS400NS circuit breaker operation to test trip function, inspect contact wear condition and verify auxiliary contact signalling during routine maintenance. It adopts standard panel mounting design for straightforward spare replacement and minimal marine power distribution system downtime. Internal contact and mechanical components use anti-corrosion treatment to protect against salt mist, condensation and temperature fluctuation. It works cooperatively with vessel busbar, power cables and ship integrated alarm monitoring system. It is widely used as power protection spare hardware for Terasaki marine low voltage power distribution control system maintenance and retrofit projects.
