Description

SCHLICK Mod 930/7 S 35 version 1.0 piston with needle ex for bore dia 10 mm
SCHLICK Mod 930/7 S 35 version 1.0 is marine two-fluid spray nozzle piston and extended needle spare assembly, designed for Schlick 930 series two-fluid atomizing nozzle system, widely fitted onboard cargo vessels, offshore platforms and deck processing equipment for nozzle orifice shut-off and automatic anti-blockage cleaning control. This marine piston needle assembly is matched for 10 mm bore nozzle insert, actuated by control air pressure to lift or retract the precision needle, automatically clear orifice deposits and cut off liquid feed to the spray nozzle for marine liquid atomization and spraying applications. The marine piston needle set is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel material, integrates precision lapped sealing surfaces, wear-resistant guide assembly and elastomer sealing rings, supporting on-line nozzle cleaning without full system shutdown, fault memory and emergency shut-off interlock functions for marine spray process supervision. Its nozzle needle control & hardware diagnostics function continuously monitors control air supply pressure, seal integrity and mechanical movement status, detects needle sticking, seal degradation and mechanical wear failure, transmits nozzle assembly fault alerts and operating status to vessel AMS alarm console. The nozzle needle control & hardware diagnostics ensures reliable nozzle flow regulation and anti-clogging protection for marine two-fluid spray control system. It enables reliable marine SCHLICK piston with extended needle assembly operation under heavy vessel vibration and salt mist marine environments.

This SCHLICK Mod 930/7 S 35 piston needle assembly delivers stable marine spray nozzle piston and extended needle performance installed inside Schlick 930 series nozzle body. The nozzle needle control & hardware diagnostics adopts marine-grade stainless steel construction with EMC shielding against electromagnetic interference and mechanical shock. Marine process technicians rely on marine piston needle assembly operation to test needle movement, inspect sealing condition and verify self-cleaning function during routine maintenance. It adopts standard nozzle internal mounting design for straightforward spare replacement and minimal marine spray system downtime. Internal piston, needle and sealing components use anti-corrosion treatment to protect against salt mist, condensation and temperature fluctuation. It works cooperatively with Schlick 930 two-fluid spray nozzle, control air supply unit and ship integrated alarm monitoring system. It is widely used as nozzle wear spare hardware for Schlick marine vessel liquid spray and atomization control system maintenance and retrofit projects.
