Product Details MIDI INGENIERIE MI904A is a high-performance stepper motor drive board for bipolar stepper motor motion control systems. This stepper motor drive board supports 4-wire, 6-wire and 8-wire stepper motors with microstep resolution ranging from 1 to 64 microsteps per full step. This stepper motor drive board accepts 22VDC to 90VDC power input and delivers up to 4A effective current for stable motor torque output. This stepper motor drive board adopts opto-isolated input circuits for step signal, direction signal and current control signal to avoid electrical interference.
The microstep motion controller is designed as 3U 8TE Eurocard format with DIN41612 D type 32-pin connector for rack mounting. The microstep motion controller supports adjustable standby current to reduce motor heat generation during static holding status. The microstep motion controller integrates internal short-circuit protection to prevent circuit damage from coil short faults. The microstep motion controller works smoothly with PLC and motion controllers to achieve precise linear and rotary positioning tasks.
This drive board features compact rack structure and reliable long-time continuous operation.
