Ultra3000i belongs to classic Rockwell Ultra3000 servo family, the "i" stands for indexing function. Models are marked as 2098-DSD-xxxX, low voltage 230V class and HV high voltage 460V class for different power grades. Main power supply: single/3-phase AC input, DC24V control power for encoder and digital I/O. It supports incremental and absolute encoder feedback.

This servo drive integrates standalone indexing function, pre-configure motion segments, homing routine and position tables, can complete point-to-point positioning independently without high-level motion controller. Control modes include pulse/direction position command, ±10V analog speed/torque command, SERCOS digital bus and DeviceNet fieldbus. 8 configurable digital inputs and 4 digital outputs for servo enable, home, overtravel limit, alarm output.
