Description

MG101 GE portable moisture calibration generator is a professional field calibration device developed by GE Panametrics for trace moisture measurement instruments. Unlike bench-top calibration equipment limited to laboratories, this compact mechanical unit enables direct on-site calibration of moisture probes without removing sensors from process pipelines, greatly reducing equipment downtime for production lines. It adopts single-stage or two-stage gas dilution principle to mix dry carrier gas and saturated wet gas, outputting gas with precisely controllable water vapor concentration for sensor testing. Every unit undergoes strict factory verification of flow linearity, dew point stability and air tightness before delivery.
The equipment operates without electricity and only requires a stable supply of high-purity dry nitrogen or ultra-dry compressed air.
