Woodward 5460-844 is a panel-mounted digital governor belonging to Woodward classic 505 control platform, customized for dual-extraction steam turbines widely used in large cogeneration plants and multi-pressure waste heat recovery units. It collects shaft speed signal and two groups of extraction pressure feedback signals to build three closed-loop control loops for rotating speed, high-pressure extraction and low-pressure extraction. All internal printed circuit boards are coated with high-temperature, damp-proof and anti-corrosion conformal coating; internal contact pins and external wiring terminals adopt gold-plated anti-oxidation treatment, effectively avoiding signal drift, poor contact and abnormal control output caused by cabinet dust accumulation, humid gas erosion and long-term temperature cyclic aging during long-term unattended running.
