4. User Manual

4.1 Pre-installation Inspection

1. Confirm the component model is 5A26371H97, check the outer package is intact and undamaged; verify the workpiece has no bumps or scratches, and threads and positioning interfaces remain undeformed.

2. Clear oil stains, iron filings and impurities on the equipment mounting base to form a flat and clean assembly contact surface.

4.2 Installation Steps

1. Dismount the aged and damaged old component of the same model, and thoroughly remove residual gaskets and debris inside the mounting seat.

2. Align Model 5A26371H97 with positioning bayonets and insert steadily, then implement temporary fixing by manual pre-positioning.

3. Tighten fasteners step by step in accordance with the torque value specified by the OEM. One-time forced tightening is forbidden to avoid stress deformation of the component.

4. Manually rotate the transmission assembly after installation and check for jamming, displacement or abnormal noise.

4.3 Trial Operation & Routine Maintenance

1. Conduct a 10–15 minute no-load trial run. Full-load operation can only be started if no leakage, overheating, vibration or other abnormal conditions are detected.

2. Inspect and retighten connecting parts every 3000 cumulative working hours, and replenish lubricating grease timely.

3. Long-term overload operation or operation beyond the rated temperature range is strictly prohibited.
