4. User Manual

4.1 Pre-installation Inspection

1. Verify the component model is 5A26355H12. Check that the outer package is intact; confirm no bumps or scratches on the part, and threads and assembly interfaces keep undeformed.

2. Remove oil stains, iron filings and impurities on the equipment mounting base to form a flat and clean fitting surface.

4.2 Installation Steps

1. Dismount the aged and damaged old part of the same model, and clear residual gaskets and debris from the mounting position.

2. Align 5A26355H12 with positioning buckles and insert it smoothly, then fix it preliminarily by hand.

3. Tighten fasteners step by step in accordance with the OEM specified torque. Violent one-time tightening is forbidden to avoid stress deformation.

4. Manually rotate the transmission parts after assembly to confirm no jamming, displacement or abnormal noise exists.

4.3 Trial Operation & Routine Maintenance

1. Run the equipment with no load for 10–15 minutes. Switch to full-load operation only if no leakage, overheating, vibration or other abnormalities are detected.

2. Inspect and retighten connecting parts every 3,000 working hours, and replenish lubricating grease timely.

3. Long-term overload operation or operation beyond the allowable temperature range is prohibited.
