4. User Manual

4.1 Pre-installation Inspection

1. Confirm the part model is 5A26355H03; check intact outer package, no dents, scratches or deformed threads/mounting interfaces on the component.

2. Clean oil stains, iron filings and debris on the equipment mounting base to ensure a flat and clean fitting surface.

4.2 Installation Steps

1. Remove the worn-out original old part of the same model and clear residual gaskets and scraps on the mounting position.

2. Align 5A26355H03 with positioning bayonets and insert steadily, fix preliminarily by hand.

3. Tighten fasteners step by step per OEM specified torque. Do not fasten violently at one time to prevent stress deformation.

4. Rotate transmission parts manually after assembly; confirm no jamming, offset or abnormal noise.

4.3 Trial Operation & Maintenance

1. Conduct no-load trial run for 10–15 minutes; put into full-load operation only if no leakage, overheating or shaking occurs.

2. Inspect and retighten connecting pieces every 3000 working hours, and replenish lubricating grease timely.

3. Do not operate under overload or extreme temperature for long periods.

4.4 Precautions

1. Only fit designated matched equipment; forced cross-model modification is forbidden.

2. Installation must be operated by certified maintenance technicians.

3. Store in dry and ventilated warehouse, away from acid, alkali and corrosive substances, protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
