1. Pre-installation Inspection
2. Installation Requirements
Fix the module strictly in accordance with the equipment assembly drawing, and tighten fasteners at the specified torque. Over-tightening is forbidden to prevent casing deformation.
Clearly distinguish power terminals and signal terminals during wiring, and lock the connectors firmly to avoid poor contact, open circuit or signal interruption.
Do not install the module in environments with corrosive liquid, heavy dust, long-term high temperature or strong electromagnetic radiation sources.
3. Operation Specifications
Double-check all wiring connections before initial power-on, and carry out a 3–5 minute no-load trial run. Full-load operation can be started only if no abnormal noise or excessive temperature rise is found.
Operate within rated parameters; long-term overload or overvoltage operation is strictly prohibited.
Regularly check the module temperature and connector tightness during operation. Cut off the main power supply and shut down the equipment for troubleshooting immediately once any abnormality occurs.
4. Maintenance Instructions
Cut off the total power supply and clean dust and oil stains on terminals every 3 months for routine maintenance.
Check the tightness of fixing fasteners once a year, and replace aging cables and damaged plugs in a timely manner.
Unauthorized disassembly of internal precision components is prohibited; maintenance by non-professional personnel will invalidate the warranty service.

No response from the host device: Check whether power cables and connectors are disconnected or detached.
Signal fluctuation and intermittent operation: Eliminate external electromagnetic interference and retighten loose wiring terminals.
Abnormal overheating: Confirm whether the module is operating under overload; power off for full cooling, then recheck the actual load parameters.
7. Safety Warnings
It is forbidden to plug/unplug cables or disassemble the module under live conditions.
Disconnect the main power supply completely and wait for capacitors to discharge fully before maintenance work.
Scrapped modules must be recycled as industrial electronic waste in accordance with local environmental regulations; random disposal is prohibited.
