Product Operation Manual
1. Pre-installation Inspection
2. Installation Requirements
Locate and fix the module strictly according to the equipment assembly drawing, fasten screws with specified torque; over-tightening is forbidden to avoid shell damage.
Distinguish power terminals and signal terminals clearly during wiring, lock connectors tightly to prevent poor contact, open circuit or signal interruption.
Do not install the product in environments with corrosive liquid, heavy accumulated dust, sustained high temperature or intense electromagnetic radiation.
3. Operation Standards
Double-check all wiring connections before initial power-on. Carry out a 3–5 minute no-load trial run; full-load operation can be started only if there is no abnormal noise and excessive temperature rise.
Operate within rated parameters all the time; prolonged overload and overvoltage operation are strictly prohibited.
Periodically inspect module surface temperature and connector fastening status during operation. Cut off the main power supply and stop equipment for troubleshooting immediately once abnormalities occur.
4. Maintenance & Care
Power off the whole device and clean dust and oil contamination on terminals every 3 months routinely.
Inspect the tightness of fixing fasteners once a year, and replace aging cables and damaged plugs in a timely manner.
Unauthorized disassembly of internal precision parts is not allowed; maintenance operated by unprofessional personnel will invalidate the warranty service.
5. Storage Rules
6. Simple Troubleshooting
No equipment response: Inspect power supply lines and connectors for disconnection or detachment.
Unstable signal and intermittent operation: Check external electromagnetic interference and re-tighten loose wiring terminals.
Abnormal overheating: Confirm whether the module runs under overload condition; shut down for full cooling and recheck actual load data.
7. Safety Warnings
Cable plugging, unplugging and module disassembly are forbidden under live state.
Disconnect the total power supply completely and wait for full capacitor discharge before any maintenance work.
Scrapped modules must be recycled as industrial electronic waste following local environmental regulations; arbitrary discarding is banned.
