Product Manual
1. Basic Information
2. Installation Guidelines
Inspect the module surface for collision damage, cracked shells and oxidized terminals before installation, confirm the model number matches the requirement before construction.
Adopt snap positioning first, then tighten fixing screws with standard torque; over-tightening is forbidden to prevent housing deformation.
Wire strictly following port labels, firmly lock wire connectors to avoid poor contact leading to signal loss or equipment shutdown.
Keep away from severe corrosive medium, dense dust, long-term high temperature environment and strong electromagnetic radiation areas during installation.
3. Operation Rules
Recheck all wiring connections before the first power-up; run no-load test for 3 to 5 minutes. Put it into full-load operation only if no abnormal noise and excessive temperature rise occur.
Continuous operation shall be limited within rated working parameters; long-time overload and overvoltage operation are strictly prohibited.
Regularly check the module surface temperature and connector tightness during running. Cut off power supply and stop equipment immediately once any abnormality appears.
4. Maintenance Instructions
Cut off total power supply and remove dust and oil stains on terminals every 3 months for regular maintenance.
Check the tightness of fixing screws yearly, replace aged wires and damaged connectors promptly.
Unauthorized disassembly of internal precision components is prohibited. Maintenance by non-professional personnel will void the warranty.
5. Storage Requirements
6. Simple Troubleshooting
Equipment no response: Check power supply circuit and connectors for open circuit or detachment.
Unstable signal and intermittent operation: Eliminate external electromagnetic interference and re-tighten loose wiring terminals.
Excessive heating: Confirm overload operation; shut down and cool down, then recheck actual load parameters.
7. Safety Reminders
Never plug or unplug wires or disassemble the module under live condition.
Disconnect the main power source fully and wait for capacitor complete discharge before any overhaul work.
Waste modules must be recycled as industrial electronic waste in accordance with local regulations, random discard is forbidden.
