This prefabricated cable assembly adopts industrial-grade shielded cable with factory fixed customized length, fitted with precisely crimped matched locking connectors at both ends. One connector inserts into the dedicated signal interface of Ovation I/O modules or rack backplane ports, and the other connects to cabinet terminal blocks or signal transition panels, realizing point-to-point hard wiring between the control layer and field wiring terminals. Every finished cable undergoes strict outgoing quality inspection to eliminate open circuits, short circuits, miswiring and poor crimping faults, fully adapting to 24/7 non-stop continuous operation and long-term vibration conditions of industrial control cabinets.

Analog measurement deviation and false triggering of digital signals caused by external noise are greatly reduced.
