1. General Overview

This printed circuit board module serves as the core intermediate control board inside Reliance series variable speed drives. It processes speed feedback signals, current/voltage sampling data, generates drive pulse commands for power switching devices, monitors drive operating status in real time, and triggers hardware protection actions upon overcurrent, overvoltage and overheating faults. It is widely retrofitted and applied in legacy Reliance drive systems, supporting seamless integration into existing automation control cabinets without large-scale mechanical reconstruction.
