Industrial high-speed processor with strong floating-point arithmetic performance, capable of parallel execution of dozens of control loops and complex interlock logics;
Onboard non-volatile memory retains configuration programs, historical event records and key setting parameters reliably after power failure, no data loss occurs.

4. Front Panel LED Status Indicators
RUN LED: Normal periodic flashing indicates normal controller operation; steady ON or OFF means halt or hardware failure.
MASTER LED: Illuminated when working as master controller; extinguished for slave standby state.
COMM LED: Flashing represents normal data exchange with backplane I/O modules and upper network.
FAULT LED: Red light turns on for hardware fault, communication interruption or program exception, with corresponding fault code for precise positioning.
5. Application Scope
Thermal power plants: Used as core DPU controller for boiler, turbine, generator and auxiliary system control racks, completing combustion optimization, drum level adjustment, turbine speed control, ETS protection logic and unit coordinated control calculation.
Petrochemical industry: Deployed in reactor, fractionator and pipeline conveying system control racks to implement continuous process closed-loop regulation, emergency shutdown interlock and equipment automatic sequence control.
Metallurgy, central heating and waste incineration power plants: Realizes full-process automatic monitoring, temperature constant control, safety interlock and production line sequential operation control for heating furnaces, rolling lines and flue gas treatment systems.
