The 535F008H01 is the core DPU controller mainboard module of Emerson Ovation distributed control system, undertaking the core tasks of system logic operation, closed-loop control algorithm calculation, I/O data scheduling, network communication interaction and interlock logic judgment for the control rack.
  1. Rack plug-in redundant design supported, can configure dual redundant hot backup operation, automatic master-slave switching upon single module failure, no disturbance to production control loop;

  2. Compatible with full series Ovation standard I/O modules (AI/AO/DI/DO/RTD etc.), uniformly schedule and read all field measurement data, issue control output instructions;

  3. Equipped with multi-channel industrial communication interfaces, realize data interaction with operator stations, engineer stations, remote I/O racks, third-party auxiliary systems and plant SIS system;

  4. Complete self-diagnosis mechanism built in: real-time monitoring of CPU operating status, memory, backplane bus communication, power supply voltage and network link faults; fault alarm uploaded to Ovation monitoring background;
