NRC Class 1E nuclear safety certified, the 4D33934G01 is a dedicated isolated pulse & frequency measurement terminal daughter card designed for Emerson Westinghouse Common Q nuclear safety I&C platform. It acquires pulse, square wave and frequency signals from nuclear safety field transmitters: turbine speed probes, coolant flow pulse transmitters, pump rotational speed sensors, volumetric chemical dosing pulse meters and reactor auxiliary rotational equipment encoders. After isolation and high-speed signal conditioning, it converts pulse count, frequency and speed values into digital data for master boards to implement flow totalization, rotating equipment overspeed interlock, coolant flow protection and accident dynamic sequence recording.
