NRC Class 1E nuclear safety certified, the 4D33811G01 is a compact standard isolated transistor discrete output terminal daughter card developed for Emerson Westinghouse Common Q nuclear safety I&C platform. It converts digital logic commands from master logic boards into isolated switching drive signals to actuate nuclear auxiliary safety equipment including solenoid isolation valves, accident alarm annunciators, small safety contactors and low-power field actuators. Each channel adopts independent 1500V basic galvanic isolation and multi-stage LC passive EMI filter network to suppress power frequency coupled noise, ground loop potential offset and lightning surge transient interference. Equipped with standard hard gold-plated backplane edge connectors and corrosion-resistant nickel screw terminal blocks, this board integrates full per-channel multi-layer circuit protection, output loop open/short-circuit load fault diagnosis and complete hot-swap capability.
