NRC Class 1E nuclear safety certified, the 4D33764G01 is a standard isolated RTD temperature acquisition terminal subboard developed for Emerson Westinghouse Common Q safety I&C platform. It receives 3-wire PT100 platinum resistance temperature signals from field pipeline, rotating equipment bearing, cooling medium and containment temperature sensors. Each channel adopts independent 1500V galvanic isolation and multi-stage LC EMI filters to suppress power frequency coupling noise, ground loop potential offset and lightning transient surge interference. Equipped with standard hard gold-plated backplane connectors and corrosion-resistant nickel screw terminals, this card supports sensor open-circuit/short-circuit fault detection, full multi-layer channel protection and hot-swap online replacement, realizing stable, reliable temperature signal acquisition for conventional auxiliary nuclear safety monitoring under high-temperature, high-humidity and dusty industrial environments.
