Equipped with 12 independent jumper-configurable channels, it supports discrete dry contact input, 4–20mA / 0–10V analog input and 3-wire PT100 RTD temperature input to satisfy multi-type field signal integrated collection demands. Each channel adopts 2000V reinforced galvanic isolation and 50dB high-order multi-stage EMI filter arrays to thoroughly eliminate power frequency noise, wide-amplitude ground loop drift and high-energy lightning surge transient interference. Constructed with multi-layer thick copper zero-halogen V-0 flame-retardant PCB and triple-thick hard gold-plated backplane connectors plus corrosion-resistant nickel-alloy terminals, this card integrates full-channel high-speed intelligent fault diagnosis, fault waveform capture, multi-layer all-around circuit protection and hot-swap maintenance without interrupting other signal acquisition loops, delivering ultra-stable long-term measurement performance under extreme harsh environments of wide temperature fluctuation, high humidity, heavy dust and continuous strong vibration.
