NRC Class 1E nuclear safety certified, the 4D33731G01 is a standard isolated RTD temperature acquisition terminal daughter card developed for Emerson Westinghouse Common Q safety I&C platform. It receives 3-wire PT100 platinum resistance temperature signals from field pipeline, equipment and bearing temperature sensors. Each channel adopts independent 1500V galvanic isolation and multi-stage LC EMI filters to suppress power frequency interference, ground loop offset and lightning transient noise. Equipped with standard hard gold-plated backplane connectors and corrosion-resistant nickel screw terminals, this card supports open/short-circuit sensor fault detection, complete multi-layer channel protection and hot-swap function, delivering stable temperature signal acquisition for conventional auxiliary nuclear safety monitoring under high-temperature, humid and dusty industrial environments.
