Fully NRC Class 1E nuclear safety certified, the 4D33676G04 is the fourth-generation fully optimized analog input terminal daughter card upgraded based on G01/G02/G03 for Emerson Westinghouse Common Q safety I&C platform. It acquires high-accuracy 4–20mA DC and 0–10V DC analog signals from critical field pressure, flow, level and temperature transmitters. Each channel adopts 2200V ultra-high galvanic isolation and 55dB 5th-order multi-stage EMI filter arrays to thoroughly eliminate power frequency noise, wide-amplitude ground loop potential drift and ultra-high-energy lightning surge transient interference. Built with multi-layer thick copper zero-halogen V-0 flame-retardant PCB, triple-thick hard gold-plated backplane connectors and corrosion-resistant nickel alloy large-caliber terminals, this card integrates full-channel high-speed intelligent fault diagnosis, fault waveform capture, historical fault storage, multi-layer comprehensive signal protection and hot-swap function without interrupting signal acquisition loops, delivering ultra-stable long-term high-precision measurement under extreme composite harsh environments of wide temperature range, high humidity, heavy dust and intense vibration.
