This digital input board is dedicated to collecting on-site 24VDC passive/active contact switch signals, including limit switches, pressure switches, equipment auxiliary feedback contacts, safety interlock signals, door position detection signals, alarm contact signals, etc. Each channel adopts independent optocoupler isolation and separate signal sampling circuit to completely avoid cross-channel signal crosstalk and ground loop interference. The module supports real-time diagnosis of input circuit open-circuit and abnormal voltage faults, and uploads all channel status and fault information to the DCS main controller via MRC Link bus.
As the original base version of the digital input series, G01 adopts standard high-speed opto-isolation components and stable signal sampling logic, which fully meets the conventional logic interlock, equipment status monitoring and alarm signal collection requirements of thermal power, petrochemical, metallurgy and other heavy industries. The circuit design features stable threshold judgment and strong anti-jitter filtering to prevent false triggering caused by on-site signal burrs.
The circuit board adopts multi-layer high-temperature resistant FR-4 industrial PCB with basic electromagnetic shielding layout. Each input channel realizes 1000V AC/DC galvanic isolation between field signal terminals and internal logic circuits, effectively isolating surge interference, common-mode noise and back electromotive force interference generated by on-site contactors, motors and high-voltage equipment. All finished modules pass complete factory reliability tests: 72-hour high-low temperature cyclic aging test, full-channel signal threshold calibration, long-term full-load MRC Link bus communication burn-in test, and comprehensive signal line open-circuit fault simulation test.
It supports single-slot hot-swappable online replacement without powering off the entire remote I/O station, and each channel integrates multi-layer hardware protection functions: surge suppression, overvoltage protection, reverse polarity prevention, input overcurrent self-locking protection. Independent LED diagnostic indicators separately display power supply status, MRC bus communication link status and real-time on/off status of each input channel, facilitating rapid on-site inspection and fault maintenance.
