This integrated digital I/O board integrates field digital signal acquisition and relay switching output functions simultaneously. The input channel collects passive/active contact digital signals from on-site limit switches, pressure switches, interlock contacts and auxiliary equipment feedback signals; the output channel drives small electromagnetic relays to control on-site solenoid valves, indicator lights, alarm horns and auxiliary interlock devices. Each channel adopts independent isolation circuit design to eliminate cross-channel signal interference. The module supports real-time diagnosis of input circuit disconnection, short-circuit and output relay load overload faults, uploading fault status to the DCS main controller instantly.
Compared with the G01 base version, G02 upgrades high-speed optocoupler isolation components, optimizes relay drive anti-surge circuits, strengthens resistance to field inductive load back-EMF interference, and expands intelligent fault self-diagnosis logic. It improves signal sampling response speed and long-term contact switching stability, adapting to complex industrial sites with frequent switching and strong electromagnetic interference.
The circuit board adopts multi-layer high-temperature resistant FR-4 industrial PCB with full-surround electromagnetic shielding layout. All digital input and output channels realize 1000V AC/DC reinforced galvanic isolation between field wiring terminals and internal logic circuits, effectively isolating surge noise and inductive interference generated by motors, contactors and high-voltage equipment in thermal power, petrochemical and metallurgical heavy industry scenarios. Every finished unit passes complete factory reliability verification: 72-hour high-low temperature cyclic aging test, full-channel digital signal sampling & relay action calibration, long-duration full-load MRC Link bus communication burn-in test, and comprehensive circuit open/short-circuit fault simulation test.
It supports single-slot hot-swappable online replacement without powering down the entire remote I/O station, and each channel is equipped with multi-layer integrated hardware protection: surge absorption, overcurrent protection, reverse polarity prevention, inductive load freewheeling protection and output overload automatic lockout. Independent LED diagnostic indicators separately display power supply status, MRC bus communication link status, individual channel input signal status and output loop fault alarms, enabling rapid on-site inspection and troubleshooting.
