It integrates advanced front-end low-noise filtering, ultra-stable constant current excitation, reinforced channel isolation, and a newly refined ultra-low-drift temperature conversion algorithm to deliver highly consistent, accurate digital temperature readings to the DCS main controller. Compared with G01/G02/G03 predecessors, the G04 model upgrades premium low-drift sampling ICs, minimizes long-term measurement drift under wide temperature fluctuations, implements full-range intelligent lead resistance compensation for ultra-long field cables, and strengthens immunity to complex electromagnetic interference in heavy industry environments. It fully supports 2-wire, 3-wire and 4-wire RTD wiring schemes, with dedicated independent isolation circuits for each channel to eliminate cross-channel signal crosstalk completely.
Constructed with multi-layer high-temperature resistant FR-4 industrial PCB and full enclosed 360° electromagnetic shielding layout, every signal channel features 1000V AC/DC galvanic isolation between field wiring terminals and internal logic circuits. This robust isolation structure effectively blocks severe electromagnetic noise generated by frequency converters, high-voltage switchgears, large rotating machinery and arc equipment in thermal power, petrochemical, metallurgical and other heavy industrial working conditions. All finished boards pass strict full-lifecycle factory reliability validation, covering 72-hour high-low temperature cyclic aging test, full-channel ultra-precision temperature calibration, long-duration full-load MRC Link bus communication burn-in, and comprehensive sensor open-circuit/short-circuit fault simulation testing. The card supports single-slot hot-swappable installation without powering down the entire DCS system, and embeds multi-layer comprehensive hardware protection functions: surge suppression, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, reverse polarity prevention and short-circuit protection. Independent LED diagnostic indicators separately display power supply status, bus communication link health, and single-channel sensor fault alarms to enable instant on-site fault localization, drastically improving long-term measurement stability and data accuracy for critical industrial process temperature monitoring.
