This card is dedicated to collecting industrial resistance temperature detector signals such as PT100 and PT1000. It performs front-end signal filtering, constant current excitation, galvanic isolation and optimized high-precision temperature conversion algorithms, transmitting stable, low-drift digital temperature data to the DCS main controller. Compared with the G01 generation, the G02 version upgrades sampling circuit components, reduces long-term measurement drift, strengthens weak signal anti-interference capability, and optimizes the lead wire resistance compensation algorithm to eliminate reading deviations caused by long-distance field wiring. It supports 2-wire, 3-wire and 4-wire RTD wiring modes, with fully independent isolation circuits for each channel to avoid cross-channel signal crosstalk. No system configuration modification or program adjustment is required during replacement.
The circuit board adopts multi-layer high-temperature resistant FR-4 industrial PCB with fully enclosed electromagnetic shielding layout. Every signal channel is equipped with 1000V AC/DC galvanic isolation between field wiring terminals and internal logic circuits, which effectively suppresses severe electromagnetic noise generated by inverters, high-voltage switchgears and large rotating machinery in thermal power, petrochemical and metallurgical heavy industrial sites. Each finished module passes rigorous full-process factory verification, including 72-hour high-low temperature cyclic aging test, full-channel high-precision temperature calibration, long-duration full-load bus communication burn-in and sensor open/short-circuit fault simulation. It supports single-slot hot-swappable installation without shutting down the entire DCS system, and integrates multi-level hardware protections including surge suppression, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, reverse polarity prevention and short-circuit protection. Independent LED diagnostic indicators clearly display power supply status, bus link state and single-channel sensor fault alarms for fast on-site troubleshooting, significantly improving long-term measurement accuracy and operational stability of industrial process temperature monitoring.
