Description

This module realizes high-speed bidirectional data transmission, remote bus resource scheduling and field analog/digital signal preprocessing between central control cabinets and distributed on-site remote I/O stations. Compared with the base version 4256A25G01/1C31025G03, the G02 upgraded model optimizes main control processing chips, bus communication algorithms and redundant fault switching logic, featuring larger data cache, faster redundant channel switching response and enhanced long-term anti-interference performance, suitable for medium and large multi-station DCS control systems.
The circuit board adopts multi-layer high-temperature resistant FR-4 industrial PCB with full surrounding electromagnetic shielding layout. 1000V AC/DC galvanic isolation is designed between external remote bus terminals and internal logic circuits to suppress strong electromagnetic noise generated by high-voltage equipment, inverters and large rotating machinery in thermal power, petrochemical, metallurgical and other heavy industrial sites.
Every finished card undergoes strict factory verification: 72-hour high-low temperature cycle aging, full-load continuous bus communication testing, redundant channel failure simulation and full-channel hardware precision calibration. It supports single-slot hot-swappable plug-in installation on the DCS rack backplane without shutting down the whole control system, and integrates multi-stage surge suppression, overvoltage, overcurrent, reverse polarity and short-circuit protection circuits. Multiple independent LED diagnostic lights display power supply, main bus link, remote channel running status and hardware fault codes for quick on-site troubleshooting, effectively improving system continuous operation reliability and reducing unplanned production downtime and maintenance labor costs.
