5. Installation & Operation

1. Mount the module firmly onto a standard DIN rail inside the control cabinet.

2. Connect 100–240 VAC power to the input terminals and connect 24 VDC output to the load.

3. Power on the module and check the status LEDs to confirm normal operation.

4. For redundant configuration, install a second 405A672H01 and parallel the output circuits.

5. Perform hot-swap replacement strictly following operating procedures when a fault occurs.

6. LED Status Description

• Green Power LED: Steady on means normal power output.

• Red Fault LED: Lights up when overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, overtemperature or fan failure occurs.

• Yellow Fan LED: On indicates the cooling fan works normally.

7. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Routine Maintenance

• Inspect LED status, terminal connections and ventilation openings every quarter.

• Remove dust from the module surface and vents with dry low-pressure air.

• Check fan running condition regularly.

Safety Precautions

• Disconnect AC power before disassembling or maintaining the module.

• Wait at least 5 minutes for internal capacitors to fully discharge before handling.

• Do not open the module housing; no user-serviceable parts inside.
