Installation & Wiring

1. Pre‑Installation: Disconnect all AC/DC power; ensure DIN rail is properly grounded.

2. Mounting: Snap module onto a standard 35 mm DIN rail and lock in place.

3. AC Input: Connect 85–264 VAC to L/N/PE terminals; use 14–18 AWG wire.

4. DC Output: Connect 24 VDC to +24V/COM terminals; observe polarity.

5. Redundancy: For parallel redundancy, connect +24V terminals together and COM terminals together; enable active current sharing.

6. Grounding: Connect chassis ground to system earth for ESD/EMI protection.

Operation & Diagnostics

• PWR (Green): Output voltage normal.

• AC OK (Green): AC input present and within range.

• FAULT (Red): Overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, overtemperature, or fan failure.
