3A99165G04G52 is a factory custom variant based on standard 3A99165G04 servo amplifier PCB; fully pin-to-pin interchangeable with G01/G02/G03/G04 standard versions for direct cabinet replacement without rewiring field cables.
This customized G52 edition is optimized specifically for high-vibration, strong EMI thermal/nuclear power unit DEH hydraulic control cabinet: it receives ±10VDC analog/PWM valve position command signals from 3A99164G50 main control card, converts control signal into adjustable constant drive current to actuate EH hydraulic servo solenoid coils; meanwhile acquires multi-channel LVDT displacement feedback signals to realize full closed-loop position regulation of turbine main stop valve and governing valve.
Compared with standard G04: G52 upgrades internal surge suppression circuit, strengthens PCB three-proof coating and filter network, modifies output current matching parameter for large-stroke high-power servo valves commonly used in large-capacity turbine units.
