3A99132G02 is the optimized upgraded PCPS plug-in power board for Emerson Ovation distributed control system, used for thermal power, combined-cycle and nuclear plant DPU cabinet backplane power distribution. It converts cabinet AC auxiliary power into stabilized multi-channel DC voltage to feed all rack-mounted DPU controller, analog/digital I/O, communication and signal conditioning modules. Mechanically fully pin-to-pin interchangeable with G01 version for direct field drop-in replacement without rack wiring modification. This single-width Eurocard plug-in supports redundant parallel hot-swap configuration to realize uninterrupted rack power supply for boiler, turbine and generator closed-loop control loops. Compared with G01, G02 upgrades internal capacitor bank, EMI filter circuit and overheat protection logic to improve stability under high-temperature, strong electromagnetic interference inside power station control room.
