3A99132G01 is a rack plug-in PCPS power conversion card specially designed for Ovation DCS system, responsible for converting cabinet input AC/DC power into standard regulated DC voltages to feed Ovation crate backplane and all inserted I/O, communication and control boards inside the rack. It works as core power source cooperating with redundant power distribution framework to supply stable operating voltage for analog input/output, digital I/O and bus communication modules in boiler, turbine and generator control loops of power plants. This single-width plug-in board fits standard Ovation rack slot layout and supports hot-swap replacement during partial rack maintenance without full cabinet power cut.

Continuous operating ambient temperature: -20℃ ~ +60℃ inside sealed control cabinet; storage temperature: -40℃ ~ +85℃. Working relative humidity 5%~95% non-condensing without corrosive gas and conductive dust; full design complies with IEC61000 industrial EMC anti-interference standard to adapt strong electromagnetic field environment in power station control room. Adopts standard Ovation single slot plug-in structure, directly inserted into vacant power slot of main control rack; it can be configured in redundant parallel mode with another identical 3A99132G01 for dual redundant power supply to improve system uninterrupted operation reliability. Original OEM mass production has been discontinued by Emerson; available stock mainly consists of factory tested refurbished surplus original modules.
