① Power on rack without connecting field load first
② Calibrate zero point (4mA) and full scale (20mA) via front panel test terminals
③ After calibration finished, connect field actuator wiring

All four channels no output: Check crate backplane +5V/±12V power from 3A99116G01 MDPS power board & rack input fuse

Signal fluctuation randomly: Verify jumper matches required output type, inspect cabinet grounding & field shielding wiring
