2. Core Function Description
Collect field process analog signals (pressure, flow, displacement, auxiliary temperature) from turbine oil system, feedwater system, pump monitoring loop;
Onboard filtering, amplification, isolation and A/D conversion;
Transmit digital data to DPU main controller via standard VME backplane bus;
Supports partial 200Ω Platinum RTD auxiliary measurement besides standard voltage/current input (enhanced RTD compatibility than G03).
Channel Configuration
4 galvanic-isolated independent analog input channels;
Onboard configurable jumpers to switch multiple input signal types:
• DC Current: 4–20mA standard loop signal
• DC Voltage: 0~5VDC, 0~10VDC, ±10VDC
• Thermocouple: Type K, J, E, T with built-in cold junction compensation
• Auxiliary: 200Ω Pt RTD partial channel input (unique upgrade for G04)
Front panel reserved test terminals for zero/span field calibration offline.

After replacement: perform zero-point calibration via front test terminals before on-load operation.
