2. Core Function Description

QRD 3A99114G04 is multi-functional universal analog signal conditioning & A/D conversion board optimized for mixed industrial field signals, upgraded with improved cold-junction compensation and higher anti-interference circuit vs G03 version:
  1. Collect field process analog signals (pressure, flow, displacement, auxiliary temperature) from turbine oil system, feedwater system, pump monitoring loop;

  2. Onboard filtering, amplification, isolation and A/D conversion;

  3. Transmit digital data to DPU main controller via standard VME backplane bus;

  4. Supports partial 200Ω Platinum RTD auxiliary measurement besides standard voltage/current input (enhanced RTD compatibility than G03).
