Core function: Specialized conditioning board for PT100 3/4-wire RTD thermal resistance sensors, provide constant current excitation for field RTD probes, amplify, filter and linearize weak resistance signals, convert into standard analog signal then transmit to DPU main controller for temperature monitoring of turbine bearing, casing, oil system.
Channel configuration: 4 independent RTD input channels, consistent channel layout matching QSR servo card; supports 3-wire & 4-wire PT100 wiring to eliminate cable lead resistance error, high-precision linear compensation circuit onboard.
Bus interface: Standard VME backplane bus, powered and data exchange via chassis backboard; reserved front test terminals for on-site zero drift and gain calibration.

Power supply: +5VDC, ±12VDC input supplied by crate backplane power module.

Circuit design with EMI filtering and full PCB shielding, anti-interference against cabinet contactor, inverter and power supply noise, complies with CE industrial control standard.
