Main Function: Generate stable AC excitation source for field 2AC-type LVDT displacement sensors, filter, amplify and condition raw weak LVDT feedback signals before transmitting processed standard signals to 3A99101G01/G02 QSR servo card for closed-loop position control of turbine hydraulic actuators/governing valves.
Channel configuration: Matches 4-channel LVDT input of QSR card; built-in high-precision sine wave excitation circuit for LVDT power supply.
Bus Interface: Standard VME backplane bus, powered and communicates via cabinet backboard with DPU main controller, supports onboard calibration test terminal for field offline adjustment of signal gain and zero offset.
Electrical Power: +5VDC, ±12VDC supplied by control crate backplane power module.

Operating temperature: 0℃ ~ +55℃ (continuous cabinet running); storage: -40℃ ~ +85℃; humidity:5%~95%RH non-condensing, no corrosive gas surroundings required.
Optimized EMI filter circuit & full PCB shielding design, effectively suppress electromagnetic interference from cabinet contactors, inverters and power units, compliant with industrial CE standard.

Directly paired with QSR servo card (3A99101G01/G02), QRF RTD conditioning card(3A99109G01) and QRD temperature acquisition card(3A99114Gxx) to constitute full Q-Line turbine servo control group.
Application scenario: Power plant turbine overhaul spare replacement, old WDPF DCS system retrofitting and emergency on-site fault replacement; pin definition fixed, no cabinet wiring modification needed for on-site swapping.
