Brief Introduction:
3A59351G11 is G11 revised version of the 3A59351 series industrial-grade built-in rack power supply, adopting high-efficiency isolated flyback switching power topology. It is designed to supply stable multi-channel DC power for backplane CPU, communication board and peripheral functional cards inside WDPF workstation cabinet, meanwhile integrating partial VME bus auxiliary signal distribution circuit. Original OEM mass production has been discontinued; available supply includes factory-tested refurbished modules and inspected pre-owned original spare units for power & petrochemical plant DCS maintenance replacement.

4. Version Description of G11 Revision

  2. Optimized auxiliary VME signal filter circuit to reduce industrial EMI interference-induced abnormal communication;

  3. Enhanced thermal layout to lower internal working temperature and extend service life.

5. Typical Application Scope

Used as spare replacement part for WDPF DCS IIU operator station cabinet in coal-fired power plant, combined-cycle power station and petrochemical refining plant boiler/turbine control system.

6. Installation & Maintenance Notes

  1. Strict ESD anti-static protection required during plug/unplug operation; cut off rack power before module replacement.

  2. After installation and power on, measure all DC output voltage to confirm within rated tolerance before system commissioning.

  3. For on-site running equipment, clean front panel ventilation hole and PCB dust every 6 months for good heat dissipation.

  4. Spare modules shall be stored in dry ESD-controlled warehouse; quarterly short-time power aging test recommended for long-term stock.
