2.5 Mechanical Dimension
3. Core Functional Features
Dual design: regulated multi-output power supply + VME backplane auxiliary power & signal distribution for WDPF IIU workstation frame.
Front panel LED indication: separate LED for main AC input normal, +5V/+12V/-12V output status, overheat/short-circuit fault alert.
PCB with three-proof conformal coating (moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-corrosion), adapting to high-dust & high-humidity industrial cabinet environment.
Hot-swap compatible single-slot module: allow individual card replacement without full workstation power cut.
Internal optimized high-temperature long-life electrolytic capacitors for long-term continuous 24h full-load operation in power plant DCS system.
4. Version Description of G11 Revision
Improved input rectifier circuit to enhance anti-grid voltage fluctuation capacity;
Optimized auxiliary VME signal filter circuit to reduce industrial EMI interference-induced abnormal communication;
Enhanced thermal layout to lower internal working temperature and extend service life.
5. Typical Application Scope
6. Installation & Maintenance Notes
Strict ESD anti-static protection required during plug/unplug operation; cut off rack power before module replacement.
After installation and power on, measure all DC output voltage to confirm within rated tolerance before system commissioning.
For on-site running equipment, clean front panel ventilation hole and PCB dust every 6 months for good heat dissipation.
Spare modules shall be stored in dry ESD-controlled warehouse; quarterly short-time power aging test recommended for long-term stock.
