5. Installation & Maintenance Instruction

  2. After power-on, sequentially install matching serial, video and input interface cards into corresponding slots and conduct full power & communication loop testing.

  3. Clean PCB surface dust and power terminal contacts every six months; store spare modules in ESD-controlled dry warehouse, perform quarterly short-time powered aging test to prevent electrolytic capacitor degradation from long-term idle storage.
