1. Insert the card into designated rack slot and lock the fixing buckle firmly; confirm backplane bus contact in place before power-on.

2. After power-up, check front panel LED status indicator to verify normal communication between main controller and peripheral devices.

3. Periodically clear dust on circuit board surface; prohibit cleaning with liquid solvent to avoid short circuit damage.

4. Replace spare part immediately if persistent fault alarm appears after checking external wiring and power supply normally.
