3233200T01 is the original main processor PCB board for Emerson Ovation OCR-series rack controller unit; T01 = Revision T01 factory hardware version, core computing & bus management card of Ovation DCS control rack, matching with 3232805S01 rack backplane, all series Ovation I/O modules & terminal bases (3229021R10,3218079A5,3223746A6) used previously. This mainboard executes DCS control logic algorithm, processes field AI/DI/AO/DO real-time data, exchanges bus signals via rack backplane, realizes redundant controller hot-switchover, communicates with upper operator station & engineering workstation. Widely deployed on coal-fired power, combined-cycle power plant boiler/turbine/BOP control cabinets and wastewater automation control systems.

3233200T01 is the original main processor PCB board for Emerson Ovation OCR-series rack controller unit; T01 = Revision T01 factory hardware version, core computing & bus management card of Ovation DCS control rack, matching with 3232805S01 rack backplane, all series Ovation I/O modules & terminal bases (3229021R10,3218079A5,3223746A6) used previously.
This mainboard executes DCS control logic algorithm, processes field AI/DI/AO/DO real-time data, exchanges bus signals via rack backplane, realizes redundant controller hot-switchover, communicates with upper operator station & engineering workstation. Widely deployed on coal-fired power, combined-cycle power plant boiler/turbine/BOP control cabinets and wastewater automation control systems.
T01 upgraded onboard memory circuit, anti-interference power filter and watchdog circuit vs earlier revisions, improving long-running stability under strong EMI cabinet environment.

3.3 Mechanical

Standard Ovation single-slot plug-in dimension, directly insert into designated controller slot of 3232805S01 rack backplane, fixed with front panel lock buckle.

4. Installation Steps

  1. Cut off rack power supply before new/replacement installation to prevent hot plug damage to PCB pins.

  2. Align rear golden finger connector of 3233200T01 with controller slot on 3232805S01 backplane, push fully in and lock front latch.

  3. Install redundant second T01 board into adjacent backup slot if redundant configuration is required.

  4. Restore rack power; observe front LED: POWER light turns green after normal power-up.

  5. Download configured control logic from Ovation engineering station to controller flash, finish online hardware scan, verify all I/O modules get recognized normally.

5. Routine Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Periodic Maintenance
