3. Installation & Wiring Instruction
Installation Steps: Cut off target slot backplane power optional (support hot swap), align module gold finger with base slot, insert firmly until card locks in place; system automatically recognizes module ID after power on via backplane electronic ID.
Field Wiring: Connect field actuator load wiring to corresponding base terminal per channel definition; separate control cabinet internal power wire and field load cable for anti-interference layout.
System Configuration: Add module I/O points in Ovation engineering software, set output type, load parameter and fault alarm logic, download configuration to rack CCM controller.
4. Troubleshooting Guide
PWR LED off: Check rack base 24VDC power supply and base wiring; replace base or module for hardware damage.
RUN LED off, FAULT red on: Backplane bus communication failure, re-plug module or inspect rack backplane.
Single channel no output: Check field wiring short/open circuit, channel overload; module internal channel circuit damage needs spare replacement.
Random channel overload alarm: Reduce field load current within module rated specification.
