3216657A0 is a high-precision multi-channel analog input module belonging to Emerson Ovation DCS series, specially used for collecting field analog instrument signals in thermal power, petrochemical and metallurgy process control cabinets. Description

This card supports universal industrial analog input signals including 4–20mA DC, 0–5V, 0–10V voltage signals; compatible with two-wire HART smart transmitters, realizing HART digital parameter reading besides conventional analog sampling. It adopts channel-to-channel isolation design, effectively eliminating ground loop interference caused by different field grounding potentials; supports hot-swap online replacement without stopping rack operation for on-site maintenance convenience. Widely applied in boiler water level, steam pressure, furnace temperature, feed flow and other key parameter acquisition loops of power plants.
